Each of us must find that place
Somewhere to sit, to ponder the past, to heal
Let the images fill your heart, allow the pain in for a brief moment, let it rise, breathe through it then
let them fall away
Allow yourself to grieve, purge that pain from your soul, then look to the sky, seek inspiration and
direction from the clarity that surrounds you
Don't rush this process, it may need repeating, but know that you will be healed
A day will come when you can leave that place, a time where you can turn your back on that pain and leave it where it fell
From here your true journey can begin, seek out others that have felt the same, share your story, join forces, darkness and sorrow will have nowhere to hide
