Proceed with Caution

 

 

 

Every day I step out into the world with a lightness of heart.

I wake without thought or judgment as to what the day will bring.....I let it unfold and guide me.

I may not always say the words you want to hear, but they are my words, not those chosen by others to deliver their message.....mine and mine alone.

I watch the news over breakfast. most of it grim.......murder and mayhem fills the airwaves, I listen to people during the day........and oh how sad I feel for the world.

For humanities sake make a change, raise your head from the pillow without a thought or expectation, let your day open up to you.....Don't chase shadows.......Don't chase people.......and let your dreams come to you, they will !

Listen to every side of a conversation and then ponder the words......Think it over before adding comment, let experience guide you in your judgments.....remember it is your journey, not someone else's, if you cannot start your day without angry thoughts or intentions....STAY HOME.......the world will be better for it.

Remembering the old saying "Today is a gift, that's why it called the present" will keep you safe in so many ways, move forward in a gentle manner, smile at strangers, make someone laugh by saying something silly, create beautiful energy wherever you go.....it will linger like the scent of a beautiful flower.
