We walk into this world with arms open wide, hearts wider still.

 

We seek a connection, an understanding, a permanence and most of all immortality.

 

Without an instruction manual we stumble, our first lesson is to learn, there isn't one. There is no guide or instruction that will navigate our lives as we wish them to be.

 

Nothing will ever prepare us for our first passing, be it the end of a friendship, the loss of a much loved pet or the life altering experience of death.

 

I have no words to guide you, your journey is yours alone, as is my own.

 

If there is advice to be offered, it is this, listen......quietly your heart will whisper a way forward. It will come when you least expect and in most cases from a direction that will turn you in a complete circle.

 

Sometimes the only way forward is to go back to a certain point, sometimes this is how we learn to navigate love, life and loss.
