Do you know where your food comes from ?

Seriously.....do you ?

How hard do you look ?

For too long we have all been guilty of avoiding responsibility..........for our lives, our health and the care of the world around us. Having a small piece of ground means you can grow something, even a pot of dirt !......... some plants thrive on neglect, so the "I don't have Green fingers" won't wash !

 

 

 

 

We ingest on a daily basis, products, chemicals, negative attitudes....and we do it willingly without stopping to consider the bigger picture, the long term ramifications of our actions, of those around us and those we are yet to meet !

Giving over your power to someone else is a slippery slope, OK, I don't adhere to so many of the principals of the environmental movement, but I do try, a little effort is all that is required, I will cross the road to avoid interacting with something nasty.....this includes people......not through fear, but the fact that there is only so much pollution my mind and body can cope with.

Avoid a few things in this world, indulge in others and creativity in all its glorious forms will come at you from every angle.....you will see colours like never before, words spoken will show their true meaning....clarity will surround you, empowering you....paving a new path forward !

 

 

There is a certain joy in growing something, then turning it from the raw basic ingredient into something wonderful and then sharing the excess, once you discover the taste of something grown from your own hard work......you will never go back to buying that same item from a store.

Take back control over what you feed your family, go back to a simpler way of living, return to the earth and experience the sheer joy of watching seedlings sprout from the ground secure in the knowledge that you had a hand in its production. Marvel at the weird shapes and colours of home grown fruit and vegetable.......by the way, they are natural, the perfect store bought ones are not....consider what goes into them for a moment !

Once you do, that may be the point you decide its time to return to the earth !
