There appears to be a battle of wills going on at present...or so the media would have us believe !To some the battle will never end...for the rest of us, we prefer to live quietly in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by bright, colourful and diverse folk that bring something different to our environment.
There is an assumption that a particular thing represents a solitary idea...take the rainbow flag if you like !
To many it represents freedom, a coming together of differing colours and living in one space...Together !
Yes, there is a sector of the global community that have adopted this flag as their own, but by no means does it represent the global community as a whole.
Truth can be a loaded gun...it has many facets, much like a diamond reflecting light into dark corners and yet we all see different things when we look into that light !
If your intention, when you rise from a nights rest is to speak untruths and bend facts...be aware the laws of attraction will apply and that attention will be focused back upon where the information originated...this can affect those around you in the same manner !
If however, you go forward in the hope to experience diversity, ethnicity, colour and creed...then you will learn many truths, some you will discard as they do not resonate, but others will settle in your heart giving you a broader sense of the world around you, a better understanding of the global community.
Consider if you will a few fear based notions...the lady in the headscarf, she probably wants to go about her day in peace and possibly has escaped a hell that few of us will ever know !
The man with the dark skin, may seem mysterious...but has probably lived in your street since birth !
The notion that because we look a certain way or speak in a particular manner should be feared belongs in the past, so far back we can barely remember...and if we do remember, then it should serve as lesson to each of us that ignorance is a disease that can spread if a certain type of truth is given room to grow !
We live in a global community, a diverse world that is now more colourful, dynamic and expressive than I personally have ever experienced before...each of us have our own truth...our own journey, so is it not time to come together...much like the rainbow flag...show our individual colours and draw a line in the sand banishing ignorance once and for all time !
