Be Clear When You Ask !

There once was a lady that had 3 children....one girl and two boys.

At some stage she decided she needed another baby...so she asked for a girl, to balance the family....she prayed for a girl and proceeded to tell everyone this one will be a girl !

Time passed and the baby grew inside her, oh how she wished it would be a girl....she was convinced this time it was going to be a girl.

November came and the baby did too....there was no time to deliver the bundle in the safety of a hospital.....a mid-wife was called and into the world came a little baby......boy !

No doubt there would have been disappointment among the family....everyone was convinced this was going to be a girl and yet the Universe decided this was what the Mother needed !

The boy grew and was loved but for some reason was always a little different from the others, except for the bond between the boy and his Sister....she surrounded the boy with love, they shared tea parties, listened to music and sang into her hairbrush on the end of her bed, all the things that girls loved to do.....all the while dreaming of being far away and exploring the world !

There came a time when the boy became a man....and yes he was different, he shared within him aspects of his Sister....a sense of something he couldn't explain....something that couldn't be found at home among those that had become a group of strangers.

So he left.....he walked away, confused by the rejection shown by the woman that gave him life....he went looking for love, for acceptance.

Many years have passed and there is no hint of the life that once was.....people connected by blood could pass each other on the street and not know the other, much time has past and the distance can never be re-traced !

The moral of the story, if there is one to be told is this.....When you want something in life....when you ask, demand and expect a certain thing....be clear in your intentions, know that there is a greater force than any of us out there and it will give you what you ask for.....maybe not in the precise way you asked....but in the way you need so that your journey will one of learning, acceptance and of understanding.

Be clear when you ask, consider ALL of the possible outcomes....one thing is certain....the Universe always gives us what we ask for...what we need !
