This is exactly how fear based power operates !
Only through experience will a person learn to navigate such waters and find a smoother path, only by voicing the thing that inflicts its will can a person be free.
Speak its name and give it no place to hide, expose it to the light and show it for what it is...as the truth rises like early morning sunlight it will shrink away into the shadows from where it came.
As humans we have a great ability to imagine a thousand different scenarios at once...lives filled with what if's and maybe's.
Doubt can enable and assist these fears to grow, doubt in oneself, doubt in the truth and doubt of the ability to stand tall and walk away.
I understand we are all wired differently and some feel they lack the strength to face such monsters, but face them you must as much as it is a lesson for you to learn, it cannot be allowed to grow, to smother all that is good in this world.
For all the twists and turns my life has taken, all the lies, fears an dishonesty I have faced...I have learned to speak its name to someone else, to take its power away so that it will think twice before embarking upon another destructive mission.
Live your life as best you can, do what you feel is right for you without causing harm or affecting those around you in a negative way, our actions and words can spiral off in many different directions and will eventually come back to us cloaked in something darker.
Be responsible for your words, your actions as they are your's alone, do not allow secrets, lies and misunderstandings to grow, like some weeds they will choke life from this world.
So speak its name, what ever it is or who it is...shine light on your path ahead and it will have nowhere to turn but away from you, it will find it has no strength to shadow you in doubt...so speak its name !
