To view oneself in a reflective surface can alter your perceptions....an opportunity to glimpse another aspect rarely seen.
Much like clothes, we all have a variety of looks we try on before stepping out into the cold light of day....ready to be judged by society !
By taking a few moments each day to observe oneself in a variety of ways, in a reflective surface can show you so much...its not about admiration, but it will give you a moment of clarity.
You may be happy with what you see and then continue on your journey for that day !
Occasionally you may discover areas of light and dark, personality traits that can only be seen by utilising various objects....the diamond mirror may offer you a distorted view of oneself....it maybe this is how the world will see us, but as you shift and turn you will encounter other aspects.
Curiosity can be a wonderful thing and much can be learned from it....but don't obsess over what you discover, we are our own worst critics.
By devoting time to being the best you can be for you alone, the world will be a better place !
There will always be those that will find a loose thread to pick at in an attempt to unravel the confidence of another, but this suggests more about that person than you.
Maybe they too have glanced into the diamond mirror only to discover flaws they assumed had been polished out of existence.
