Take A Deep Breath !

Today I must remind myself of a few simple rules !

The reasons I do what I do.

Joy can be fleeting, literally seconds in time and then it is gone, maintenance of this joy is as important as the act of breathing itself.


So when you find yourself in a room where the walls begin to close in....brace yourself, stand up to what comes at you, much like fog it has little or no substance.

You must above all breath, bring yourself back to point A....do not let the actions or words of others steal that joy.

By taking a moment....a second or two where you can suspend the reality of your world, you win a battle, it gives you an opportunity to resist the urge to react....to fight back against a battle that is pointless, where casualties will outnumber the successes !

There are those out there that will never understand the motivating forces that drive you....and that quite honestly that is fine.

There are those that want you to carry the fuel to light fires....let them carry their own fuel, give them freedom to light their own fires, they will never understand the direction of a flame until the damage is done....until all is lost.

So today I will breath, take a few moments to count my blessings as they are many, the love I am fortunate to have in my life and the joy that is abundant because I choose to see it as such !
