Don't Take It Personally......


As we grow in our awareness of each other I have learned so much about our inner workings, the mind can create substance out of thin air.....this leads us down a long and twisted rabbit hole, if we choose to follow !

We are all struggling to be who we are, as the world beneath our feet shrinks so to does the distance between us and in turn our energy can interact in a way we had never considered before.

Each of us start our as best we can, we tick off our list of tasks as the hours pass us rarely considering our actions or the direction our decisions will take us.....no normal human being sets out on a path of destruction without first considering the consequences.

There are those that wake each morning set on revenge....some ill chosen words 20 years ago have burrowed away into a dark pocket of the mind where they grew, it is then you step into view and guess what........you become the target of this misery.

If the truth be told and it rarely is.......we all allow those little thoughts to grow within us, and at some point an innocent party receives a shot of toxic gloom across their path......we are surely now evolved enough to realize its more about ourselves than those we choose to attack !

I speak from experience, those times of pure and utter frustration where I felt I had nowhere else to turn and yet it was all my own creation.....as I have grown to understand myself better, I have also accepted the challenge of sitting down with my mind and negotiating a deal.......in many.....many cases I have learned to zip it !

My Father often said...."What dangerous fires are kindled by words spoken in haste"......truth can be a long time in the making !

I have learned to walk away, say nothing and deal with my own demons......it saddens me to others ready to jump into the fire so they can get a better view of flames......so today, when he fires his barbs in your direction....or she feels the need to comment where comment is not required, consider this....it was never about you, it never will be !

It is however, about their inability to express their own frustration of being nobody, being responsible for foolish behavior that now comes home to roost, until they can sit down and broker a deal in their own minds......it will always be someone else's fault !
