Control......or so it seems !

No matter how hard you push, things will only change when the Universe allows !


We are all guilty of this at some stage...the constant struggle, trying be be something...somebody and yet our journey takes us to other unexpected places.


It appears that money and power are really quite useless in the grand scheme of things...people will always expect, demand...sometimes surprise and delight but ultimately they will always exercise  a perceived control over their path.

We waste so much energy in the battle, we have all done it...drawn a line in the sand that shall never be crossed, until of course someone or something does step over this imaginary barrier we have created for ourselves.



All too often we fail to see the bigger picture...the much bigger picture, the one where we allow ourselves to fall...to drift on the Universal energy, resting where we need to be.



If only we could live naturally, observe the subtle changes around us and to coin a phrase...."Go with the flow"


Our lives would have more meaning, there would be more honesty amongst us, more communication....less expectation and fewer wasted dreams !

It could be an age thing, maybe I am slowing to a pace where I can actually see the leaves on the trees change as the seasons shift around them.



Too many times I am reminded of the sadness in this world, rash decisions made without contemplation....the results being exactly what we needed to teach us at the time of delivery...to slow things down, consider everything and every one !



Fall gently upon the earth, your life will have more meaning.



Do not force friendships and listen to every word spoken...so much of your energy can be spared for a better way of life.



There will come a time when we pass from this place, would it not be better to be remembered if only briefly as a person that paused for conversation, someone that laughed and shared their space in this world.


In a natural forest, each living thing has its place...the right amount of light, energy and sustenance will be afforded accordingly, allowing each to grow in their own way.

Live mindfully...of yourself and of others, it will fertilise the future more than any of us may know !
