Black, White....and various shades of Grey

OK...I will admit at times I can be judgemental, I see and hear variations of stories...."He said"..."She said" and on it it goes !

The older I get the more I take in, I am a casual observer of the everyday nonsense that goes on in this world and honestly it astounds me as to how little we have evolved.

The human species are curious creatures, the energy we devote to tittle tattle stories when really it would serve us better to fix our own garden path in order to receive more visitors.

I make it as clear as possible when listening to tales of woe that this is not my monkey or my circus and attempt wherever possible to advise this approach be considered in everyday life...unless this is something that effects you on a personal level or have had direct experience with...then avoidance is your only option, step away in as dignified manner as possible.

We all tell stories, but as in most cases there are variations to each truth and each must be weighed against the information offered.

Some time ago I instigated  a new way of thinking.....its called "Self-preservation"

My journey, my personal journey has had many twists and turns mainly of my own making...if you were to hear my version of events, would you still love me, would you want to share my company...only you can answer that ?

I have learned that each of us seek out what we desire in life, for some it is money, for others it is fame...then we have those that yearn for power and perceived control while their own lives spiral off into a multitude of directions.

I live my life as best I can with what I know...I care not about what she said or where he was last night, I do on the other hand want the best for my family....extended or otherwise and will turn away from those that deal in such matters.....feathers can be carried a great distance if driven with enough hot air !

One can never know how a word misplaced can effect another...or where it will end up !

I have learned that not everything in life is as clear as we sometimes think.....honestly there are more shades of grey than there will ever be black or white, life really isn't that simple.
