Spiritual Being.......

If I had known...would I have continued on ?

If we all had the opportunity to see around the next corner, or who we allowed into our lives...what would we have chosen ?

Standing here now, looking back, I realize that each twist and turn has had its place, each person has had some message or lesson to pass on...understanding now my journey is far from over !

There are some in this life that blindly stumble on ignoring the signposts....choosing to neglect the self and hushing the inner voice, which in most cases is a wise counsel !

For some of us we learn that things happen for a reason, people we meet come to us to reflect aspects of our lives that are full to brim with opportunities...a chance or two to change our direction, to alter our course and save us from future heartache.

I understand my journey is far from over...but I also understand that I carry with me a set of skills, tools that can assist me in challenging times...we all have these tools, most ignore them and life falters, challenges and tests the best of us, and yet it could be so much easier for each and every one of us !

Humanity is a complex and often misunderstood condition...some of us think that what we see before our eyes is all there is...there is so much more than that !

Spiritual comes from within...being is taking each moment as it comes, never judge your future or cling to your past, experience each moment...learn from it or discard it and move forward, but make sure every second of every day is examined...considered !

Each of us have within a series of checks and balances...an inner law that knows the difference between right and wrong...if you rehearse your words in your heads before you speak them and you feel uneasy about how they sound...then you have your answer, silence in some situations can be a better teacher !

So, as you rush from the house this morning on that all important mission to conquer the world...take a second or two to tell your loved ones how much you truly love them...pet the cat, give your pup a biscuit...these small, insignificant kindnesses will give you more during your day than blindly rushing forward into the world...observe today...stay calm and float through the sea that is humanity...it will rub off on those around you and you will find the greater good will come back to you in abundance !
