Act Your Age !

There was a time when one would take oneself very seriously.....thank goodness those days are over !


The more I age, the less I care about the confused glances, the lack of understanding when it comes to fun.


Preconceived ideas are constantly being challenged as to how adults are meant to behave, how they should dress later in life...and quite honestly how we should go quietly into the great beyond !



We Lived through the sixties with some interesting choices in attire.....then came the seventies, lets not make that mistake again, the eighties were cancelled due to lack of interest and now we find ourselves living in the space-age time of the two thousands and what do we find ?


We dress as though we live in the eighteen hundreds, we speak ever so properly and meet in groups to converse, drink tea, race teapots and share ideas on how to frighten the horses !
Oh......did I mention we have fun ?


The day someone tells me to act my age, I shall give them the trade mark glare and turn in another direction.....we obviously have nothing in common.


Each of us must discard old ideas of how we should live and find a way that gives us a purpose, a sense of adventure, of wonder and most importantly fun.....join us.....I dare you !
